Why do you have to pay a deposit? Well, a deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. This amount varies based on the procedure. Deposits are ALWAYS non-refundable and non-transferable meaning it cannot be passed on between people or services. If you decide to cancel your appointment, you are acknowledging that you will be forfeiting your deposit. If you cancel your appointment and decide at a later date you would like to proceed with the service, you are required to pay another deposit to secure a new date.


Things come up and Chloe tries to be as flexible as possible for her clients however she has to respect her schedule along with the schedule of other clients. If you wish to reschedule, 72 hours’ notice is required for ALL services and the new date also has to be booked within that timeframe. You may reschedule your appointment ONLY one time before the deposit will be forfeited.

If you withhold any important information prior to booking and arrive to your appointment sick or in a conflicting state which prevents the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, the appointment MUST already be rescheduled BEFORE the 72 hour mark prior to the original appointment. If you do not have a new date already set and scheduled by 72 hours prior to the original appointment time, the deposit will be lost and the appointment will be canceled. If you decide at a later date you would like to proceed with the services, you are required to pay another deposit to secure a new date.

If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will lose your deposit. All services are subject to increase in price at any time. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.


We understand at times life is unpredictable, but unfortunately if you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit is required. Out of respect for Chloe’s time and other clients, it is important you arrive to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late please call Chloé to let her know.


One touch up is included within 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you do not get your touch up during that time it will be a separate fee that ranges depending on how long after the last session it is booked.


Every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependant on how the client follows the AFTERCARE instructions in addition to how one heals. This will vary with each individual client, race, age and skin type.

Clients who ask for specific results or colour requests for tattoos must understand that their desired results are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.

All services provided are non-refundable.

If Chloe feels that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, she has the right to refuse to offer her work. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again.
