Consultation and Preparation fee

Why do you have to pay a deposit? The deposit requested through our booking system is not only to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment but in order for our small team to prepare in consequence. This amount varies based on the procedure and is considered a consultation and preparation fee. For clients who commit to their appointment, these fees will be will be deducted from the total amount of the treatment. Theses fees (deposit) are ALWAYS non-refundable and non-transferable meaning they cannot be passed on between people or services as the consultation and preparation fee is tailored to one’s specific treatment. If you decide not to move forward with the treatment you acknowledge that this fee was paid for your consultation time with Chloe, whether by phone, email, or other ways of communication. If you cancel your appointment and decide at a later date you would like to proceed with the service, you are required to pay another consultation and preparation fee (deposit through our booking system) to secure a new date.

Things come up and Chloe and her team tries to be as flexible as possible for our clients however we have to respect our schedule along with the schedule of other clients. If you wish to reschedule, 72 hours’ notice is required for ALL services and the new date also has to be booked within that timeframe. You may reschedule your appointment ONLY one time if you wish for the consultation and preparation fee to be deducted from the total amount.

If you withhold any important information prior to booking and arrive to your appointment sick or in a conflicting state which prevents the procedure, the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, the appointment MUST be rescheduled a minimum of 72 hours BEFORE the original appointment. If you do not have a new date already set and scheduled prior to the original appointment time, the appointment will be considered canceled and another consultation and preparation fee will be requested if you decide at a later date you would like to proceed with the services.

If you do not show up to your appointment your consultation and preparation fee will not be deducted from the total amount if you wish to reschedule. All services are subject to increase in price at any time. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.

We understand at times life is unpredictable, but unfortunately if you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled. If you would like to reschedule, another consultation and preparation fee will be charged. Out of respect for Chloe, her team, and other clients time, it is important you arrive to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late please call the studio to let us know (DMs are not accepted).

One touch up is included within 6 to 8 weeks (10-30 days for scalp) following your first session. If you do not get your touch up during that time it will be considered a separate fee (equivalent to an additional or annual touch up) that ranges depending on how long after the last session it is booked. Some clients may not require a touch up while others may require an additional touch up at a set fee of 175$ + tax, based on retention and desires. An additional touch up has to be between 4 months and 11 months after your first session. Following that time frame it is considered an annual touch up. Please note, there has to be a minimum of 6 weeks between session for full skin rejuvenation.

Every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependant on how the client follows the AFTERCARE instructions in addition to how one heals. This will vary with each individual client, ethnicity, age and skin type.

Clients who ask for specific results or colour requests for tattoos must understand that their desired results are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.

All services provided are non-refundable.

If Chloe our her team feels that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, we have the right to refuse to offer the work. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again.
